The Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi has expressed his desire and concern for the development and progress of Uttar Pradesh. In a public meet held in Balrampur he said that he is angry that UP is not moving ahead.
The young Congress leader has shown his anger over the prevailing state of affairs in the state. In the several meetings the last two days, he has said that he is angry that India is moving ahead but UP is going back, that the successive governments in the last two decades has plundered the state.
“I’m angry. I really feel angry that since last 22 years, government of 10% people has come in UP. First you trusted the SP. What happened? Then you trusted the BSP. What happened? You can see it,” said an angry Rahul.
The Congress MP from Amethi has always talked about UP’s progress and uplifting. He has been visiting to various villages and observing the reality. He has pointed out the mistakes of the state government on several occasions.
With his efforts to connect to the rural masses, Rahul Gandhi has been expressing his concerns and thoughts so that the masses can feel themselves in sync with him and the Congress Party. How he carries on in the time to come is something to see.
