UP Government failed to utilize Central schemes and funds : Rahul Gandhi

“The Congress ruled states are using the central schemes and funds for the development of the state in a proper manner, but the Uttar Pradesh government has never been serious in this regard. The money is for the poor and it should reach them; it should be used for your welfare, betterment. It should be used for you in the form of roads, electricity, hospitals and for the creation of employment.,” said Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi while speaking at a public meeting in Uttar Pradesh.

“Uttar Pradesh is in shambles, still the state government does nothing. Look at the condition of the hospitals, schools, roads, and electricity. You know better than me, you have to face the problem in your daily life,” said the Congress General Secretary.

Rahul Gandhi continued his attack on the non-Congress rule in the state and said, “The state government has tied your hands and is not letting you work for progress.
