I want to transform UP with the help of youth: Rahul Gandhi

During his aggressive campaign for Congress in Uttar Pradesh All India Congress Committee (AICC) General Secretary Rahul Gandhi assured while speaking at a public rally at Jalaun that he would not leave the state till he makes sure that positive changes are made in Uttar Pradesh. Rahul Gandhi also said that neither SP nor BSP goes to the people to understand their problems but laugh at him when he goes to the poor and interact with them.
“When I go to the people and interact with them, they call it a drama. Then why did not they go to the people? I go to the people to know their problems as well as their strength. I want to bring in positive changes in the state with their support. I want to change the state with the help of the youth” declared the Congress General Secretary.
“Where were these parties (non-Congress parties) when entire Bundelkhand was crying for help? Where were they when the farmers in Bhatta-Parsaul were assaulted by the police? Rahul Gandhi asked. The Congress MP also said that these non-Congress leaders roam around in helicopters and travel by big vehicles and are unaware of the reality and the problems of the poor.
“The moment you have a Congress Government in Uttar Pradesh, you will start experiencing the signs of development again. I want the entire country to look at Uttar Pradesh and marvel at the developments in the state. You have a Congress led government of aam aadmi at the Centre in Delhi. Now let us bring such a government in UP too. Give Congress a chance. You will see the changes in U.P,” asserted Rahul Gandhi.
