Rahul Gandhi’s UP campaign works as force multiplier

Relentlessly taking on the parties like BSP, SP and BJP for fooling the people over the last twenty two years by offering empty promises, Congress (I) general secretary Rahul Gandhi has successfully cornered these parties for corruption, mis-governance and non-development. His interactive public meetings for Assembly elections 2012 besides being lively and on the dot have brought home to the people that these parties have utterly failed to deliver on their promises and no more worth their promise. Why the issues of the people have not been addressed, what happened to welfare schemes for the poor, where did not money for the welfare disappear, why the youth is not getting employment in their own state and have to search for jobs in other states are some of the questions, stark and unpleasant as they are, have put these parties on the back foot. On the other hand by highlighting continuous efforts of Congress (I) to empower the people through RTI to make government responsible and accountable to them, Rahul Gandhi is convinced the people that his party alone is serious about the public issues. By insistent reference to progressive measures such Right to Education, Right to Food Security and Lokpal Bill which UPA government has brought since coming to power in 2004, he has projected the best performance of the Congress (I). On the strength of what Congress (I) has done for the people, he has urged them this time to give chance to his party to form government and assured them it will deliver on its promises.
